How the price works.

Every card is interior square feet times one rate per square foot, with the finish level, the roof and the exterior you picked above. Spanish Courtyard and Modern Board-and-Batten exteriors are quoted at the Design Session.

Shell
$300 per sq ft

The building shell: structure, roof, exterior, windows and doors, systems roughed in. You finish the inside.

Your finishes
$375 per sq ft

Complete shell, systems, drywall, exterior. You pick and buy flooring, tile, fixtures and cabinets; we install what you choose.

Berg custom
$475 per sq ft

Everything above plus curated finish packages, chosen with you. One price, one schedule, one team.

Prices are planning estimates, not a contract. The Design Session ($500) turns the estimate into a fixed proposal.
