- Type your addressWe read the county's building survey and draw your actual roof in 3D: its shape, its faces and the direction each one looks.
- Choose on your own roofTell us what you use, then pick the panels, the inverter and the battery. The panels appear on your roof as you choose and one set price updates with every tap.
- See your final roof drawing, then bookThe last screen shows your roof drawing with every ridge, hip and valley measured, the square footage and the panel layout. The same drawing prints in your report. Sign online and pick your week.
What you will do in the studio
- Turn your own house around in 3D, drawn from the county's building survey: Estimated shape, confirmed at the site visit
- Give us your bill in dollars or kilowatt-hours and pick how much of it to cover, from a partial offset to all of it.
- Pick the panels, the inverter and the battery, and tap a roof face to put panels exactly where you want them.
- Choose where the battery goes: the garage wall, the side yard or the rear wall.
- Watch one set price from Berg's price table change with every choice, before any incentives.
- See the final roof drawing with ridges, hips, valleys and square footage, then pick your week.
In Los Angeles County the studio draws your roof from the county outline. Anywhere else in California, enter your roof size and Berg confirms it at the site visit.
